The hotel is located close to just about anything you could need. The staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds are clean and the room was nice for the price.
The rooms don't have irons or ironing boards. Had to make a run to the front desk and grab one from them. Not a biggie, but was surprised. My only real complaint is that the pillows on the bed were round.. like basketballs. They were great for sitting in bed but awful for sleeping. Bring your own pillows!

The room was spotless, the bed was super cozy, and the central heating kept me warm and toasty. They had a TV, a work desk, and all the essentials. The breakfast spread had plenty of treats to choose from. 🌟

The hotel was nice, as for me everything was great! The location was nice and excellent and the services were great. I booked a queen room, it was well-appointed and had central heating, TV set and a work desk. The bed was very comfy, had clean bathroom.

Highly recommended for one night. Enjoyed the room for value, my bed was very comfy. Great and ideal location so close to Niles, Ohio, and certain areas, shops, and restaurants. Felt safe during my stay. Relatively close to Plaza Azteca; ate there once or twice.
